I.- REGISTER
All guests must fill in a register form for each apartment, which will be given to the guest upon their arrival. When checking in the guest will have to sign a complete inventory list which details all furniture in each apartment.
II.- GUEST´S OBLIGATION OF INFORMATION
All guests are obliged to inform to the apartments administrator of any ailment, contagious or infectious diseases, deceases, infractions or crimes that may happen within the facilities and are known by the guest.
III.- GUEST REGISTER
The guest must inform 24 hours in advance previous their arrival.
We highly recommend, upon arrival, to check the apartment inventory since at the
moment of the departure, the inventory will be checked, and in case of any missing objects or, any damage to the apartment, the cost will be cover by the guest with a similar object or in any case, paid in its total price.
IV.- SERVICES UTILIZATION
All services (water distribution, etc. ) given to each apartment must be consumed in accordance with the rules of good will, without being understood that the disproportionate waste of the services is include in the apartments fee. Help the administration to keep our fees low and accessible, and also to take good care of our environment.
The guests are requested to moderate, and the rational use of the apartment´s furniture, taking good care of it properly. In the same way, every guest should close all windows, lock all entrance doors, check the water taps and turn off the lights when leaving the rooms.
V.- STAY OF THE GUESTS IN THE APPARTMENTS
Guests are not allowed to host different people from those who were registered previously and/ or, in any case, the GUEST will notify the administration in advance of any variation in the number of the people who were registered originally. Neither any different person from those who are in the original contract will be able to get use of the apartment.
In no case, the number of people staying in the apartment will exceed the capacity of people assigned to each apartment.
VI.- ROOM CLEANING
The room cleaning will be done once a week depending on how many days the reservation of the apartment was booked. The room cleaning will be programmed in advanced by the administrator along the guest.
VII.- SECURITY MEASURES
The GUEST must keep all valuable objects away from any person´s reach. If the GUEST has any valuable objects, the administration will not be responsible of any missing or lost jewelry or values left in the apartment.
VIII.- SILENCE AND RESPECT TO ALL GUESTS AND PERSONNEL
From the 21:00 hours a moderate acoustic volume must be moderated. Also the nocturnal silence must be kept at the halls and staircases.
From the 24:00 hours, guests are requested to maintain absolute silence. Annoying behaviors must be avoided to the rest of the guests.
IX.- DAMAGES, DIRT, KEYS LOST
In case of apartment damaging or the hotel furniture, as well as the loss of the keys, it is the causative who will pay for the damage caused. Payments such as the one mentioned have to be done immediately and in cash only. In case the guests are part of a VACATIONING GROUP, the responsible is the organizer of that group, therefore the person who will have to pay entirely the damage done by the guest.
Robberies or damages intentionally done will be immediately reported to the local police. It is prohibited to perform any act that may cause damages of any kind, either to the facilities or to the rest of the guests, or behaviors against the good social conduct.
X.- VARIOUS PROVISIONS
The apartments complex does not allow the access to the guests rooms to any person who was not authorized previously and expressly by the client. It is reserved the right of not allowing the visit of other people in the rooms.
The person who bears the representation of the apartments or a service provider to the apartments will have free access to the rooms hold by the guests.
XI.- ACCIDENTS OR EVENTS INSIDE THE COMPLEX
Luna de Plata apartments is not responsible of any kind of accident and / or event that the guest may suffer inside the facilities of the apartment complex such as falls and blows, insects stings amongst others.
The expenses for such accident or event occur will be fully cover by the guest, exempting LUNA DE PLATA apartments of any responsibility of legal character.
XII.- PROHIBITIONS
XIII.- BREACH OF THE NORMS
In case of infraction of one or more of any of the conditions and / or prohibitions mentioned above, Luna De Plata Apartments have the right of rescind immediately the accommodation contract. The CLIENT is also obligated to fully pay for all the accommodation days booked.
IMPORTANT:
It is understood that upon the moment of making effective the booking, the client / guest knows and tacitly manifest to accept in its total content Luna De Plata intern regulations, and, being according and in full agreement with every single point mentioned above.
